The Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held at 3 pm on Thursday 26 April 2012 in Malmö Börshus, Skeppsbron 2, Malmö, Sweden. Registration for the Annual Meeting will start at 2pm.
The Election Committee has proposed the lawyer Johan Sigeman as Chairman of the Annual Meeting of shareholders.
